MR2 Race car

Something a little different this time, a MK3 MR2 race car with a K20 engine and gearbox, a Toyonda?

Lots of one off custom parts and much head scratching was required to get this fitted into the toyota chassis. It was worth it though!

The engine was a high compression but otherwise standard K20, output was a very healthy 225hp and 165lb ft, helped by having fewer bends in the exhaust manifold than the elise setup.

This was one very rapid and stealthy looking beast! I’ve always had a soft spot for the MK3 MR2 and this one was an absolute blast.
