S1 Exige tarmac rally car
Didn’t take many pictures of this one as it was built rather quickly….I won’t say in a rush, but with much haste.
I was given the task of converting a car from rover K series power to Honda power in the 4 week break between two rallies in order to maximise the performance of the car in the 2l class.
This was taken on day 1….
The car was finished 21 days later….they were 21 LONG days.
Running a relatively standard 2l K20 with a sequential gearbox, bespoke wiring loom and efi Euro 4 ecu with flatshift and lots of other goodies.
The car won the championship!
